Labor is included within our rates, however, if our crew has to haul your items an abnormal distance which takes more time than usual, you may incur an extra labor fee which will be noted during your estimate. Majority of jobs will fall within the normal rates pricing.

What can Dump-It take away?

Dump-it can remove just about anything our 2 person crew can lift into our trucks. Here is a list:

  • Appliances & Electronics – stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv’s, dehumidifier, microwave, stereo, computers, monitors, printers & more.
  • Furniture – couch, table, chair, mattress/boxspring, carpeting, dresser & more.
  • Demolition Materials – lumber, roofing, fencing, concrete, drywall, sheetrock & more.
  • Junk – boxes, books, cardboard, old tools, tires & more.
  • Miscellaneous – lawn equipment, water heaters, furnaces & heavy/bulk items.
What items will Dump-It not take away?

We are not able to take any hazardous materials including chemicals, gasoline, oils, paints, solvents, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, full propane tanks or any types of toxic waste.

We cannot take hazardous wastes because we are not legally able to carry hazardous materials in our trucks. Please call your local city recycling center for help with disposing of any hazardous materials.

Do you charge extra for any items?

Yes. Certain items by law have to be specially recycled and not thrown into a landfill. These include air conditioners, refrigerators and tires. TV’s, monitors and computers are FREE of charge.

What do you do with the trash that is removed?

All items are properly disposed of at a state registered dump facility or recycling station.

Dump-It constantly works to keep the environment as clean as possible and will efficiently recycle up to 80% of what we pick up.

Do I pay for the whole truck, even if I only have a single item to throw away?

No. You only pay for the space you actually use in our truck. Please call now and we can provide an estimate over the phone for your items.  Click here to see our pricing sheet.

Is Dump-It insured and licensed?

Yes. Dump-It is fully insured and licensed. With Dump-It you can be assured that your home and property are fully protected and that all items are properly disposed of.

Why can't you tell me the exact price over the phone?

We will give you a rough estimate over the phone, based on the information that you provide to us. However, we must actually see the volume of the goods you wish to dispose of in order to give an accurate price. You will receive a complete quote on site before we begin any work.

How far in advance should I book an appointment?

We often can work on short notice. But please try to schedule the work in advance to make sure the work can be done in a timely fashion. Click here to schedule now!

Do I need to be onsite for junk removal?

Customers should be on site when trucks arrive. We provide a lead call 15 to 30 minutes before arrival to let you know we are on the way. If you are unable to be on site, we will assess your junk (providing it’s accessible), determine pricing & call you to confirm removal. For your convenience, we accept credit cards over the phone.

How much trash can you carry away?

We can take away items that two people can reasonably lift and carry to our truck. Our truck can hold 18 cubic yards of trash. Our truck bed is LARGER than the competition and is 12′ Long, 8′ Wide and 5′ High.

How much is a cubic yard?

Imagine a box 3 feet high x 3 feet wide x 3 feet deep.

Are weekends an option for me?

Dump-It is open 7 days a week and the weekends are usually very busy, so hurry and call to reserve your spot.

Is the cost on unloading at the dump included in my price?

Yes. The cost of proper disposal is included. Our onsite Dump-It crew will give you an upfront, no hidden cost bid before they begin loading your junk.

Dump-It vs Dumpster

We are more economical and efficient than a dumpster service. For example, a dumpster has a setup fee, the logistics of locating the dumpster on your property, as well as the possibility of damage to lawns and driveways. With Dump-It the truck backs into your driveway and our efficient crew loads the materials into the truck and does a simple clean up after loading. You pay for only the space you use, not for the whole truck.

What tools do you carry?

Shovels, rakes, brooms, a dolly and trash bags. We do not operate machinery or carry ladders.
